Next Steps
ERRS will arrange for transportation of the drummed magnesium material to an off-site disposal or recycling facility. A representative from Southern Alloy and Demo of Grenada, Mississippi will be on site 9/11/08 to view the magnesium waste and make a determination if it can be recycled at their facility. ERRS will also arrange for off-site treatment and disposal of hazardous waste materials in buildings 7 and 9. ERRS is planning procedures to empty material from the silos(vertical tanks)on site.
