Site Description
See POLREP #1 for a full Site Description.

Current Activities
During this reporting period (9/27/11-9/30/11) CRA completed the following activities:
-Mobilized several pieces of heavy equipment to be utilized during the removal action.
-Installed a silt fence throughout the entire perimeter of the Site.
-Installed an gravel access road from Wyoming Avenue into the north gate of the Site.
-Constructed a decontamination pad for equipment and construction vehicles that will contact contaminated materials and depart the Site.  


Planned Removal Actions
Planned PRP removal actions include:
1. Excavation of PCB contaminated soils and backfill of excavation area.
2. Building decontamination and demolition of remaining structures at the Site.
3. Grading and capping of the entire Site surface including a storm water management system.
4. Installation of a multi-phase extraction system to remove free product from the subsurface.
5. Maintenance of product recovery system.


Next Steps
Excavation and backfill of PCB contaminated soils on the northern portion of the Site.

Key Issues
The site continues to be PRP-lead.
