ODEQ identified another residential property with TCE levels that exceeded the MCL due to the Eagle Industries groundwater plume. EPA reviewed the data and determined that a time-critical removal was necessary to eliminate the imminent and substantial endangerment to the resident utilizing the groundwater for daily use and consumption. EPA installed a whole home filtration system resulting in elimination of TCE in the water supply.
