  2.1 Operations Section
    2.1.1 Narrative
The purpose of this POLREP is to document a short remobilization to the site to repair response related damage at the residential property at 51 Hoffman Ave. .

2.1.2 Response Actions to Date
See previous POLREPs for actions prior to 3/23/2012.
Task order issued.
ERRS performed market research and found a concrete surface treatment that will repair and refinish the surface to a more slip resistant surface typical of patios. This approach is optimal, has been favorably presented to the residents and a sub-contrator is under contract with ERRS.

2.1.3 Enforcement Activities, Identity of Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs)
See previous POLREPS.

2.1.4 Progress Metrics

  2.2 Planning Section
    2.2.1 Anticipated Activities

2.2.1.1 Planned Response Activities
The finish on the patio that was replaced at 51 Hoffman Ave is too smooth and presents a slip hazard. ERRS will mobilize to repair and treat the patio with a concrete treatment when weather permits and residents are available. However, delays have been incurred due to weather and availability of the resident's due to emergent health issues.

2.2.1.2 Next Steps
Perform work when weather permits and residents are avaialble.

2.2.2 Issues
This approach is acceptable to the residents, but the project remains sensitive and residents are very concerned about potential impacts of work to the lawn and yard and want them disturbed to the least amount possible. This technology should meet the residents concerns the best of any other alternatives explored.
